10 Ways to Replenish Your Energy

When we think of sunlight, we think of warmth, life, growth, happiness, energy and positivity. Basking in the sunshine, feeling the warmth, giving you an instant feeling of happiness and a natural energy boost.

So, what can you do when feeling tired, drained and fatigued?

If you are sleep walking through life, then it’s time to make some changes.

When you are full of energy, it completes you and switches you on. But there are many factors that can turn it off. Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are areas of energy that surround electronic devices. Now we are surrounded by them everywhere we go and these EMFs can unfortunately trigger an adrenal crash. Feeling drained may have something to do with it.

The negative effects can include:

  • Muscle pain

  • Headaches

  • Weakened immunity

  • Brain fog

  • Irritability

What to do?

  1. Reconnecting and grounding yourself is creating a balance in your personal field.

  2. Reduce time on electronic devices; get out into nature, this is great for grounding oneself, it’s like recharging your batteries.

  3. Book in for a sauna session or some serious pampering at the salon. Our Cocoon Pod is guaranteed to give you a boost!

  4. Eat a healthy diet including fresh fruit/veggies, protein and filtered water.

  5. Get plenty of sleep.

  6. Reduce your workload if you can.

  7. Try to keep away from negative emotions.

  8. Steer clear of people that steal your energy.

  9. Feng Shui and the environment around you has an impact. So, decluttering/spring cleaning, opening the windows, letting the natural light in and using a smudge stick will clear the room of any negativity, plus you are making way for new positive things to enter your life.

  10. To enhance a room, a salt lamp gives the perfect ambience plus it helps to remove the positive ions from electronic devices.

It’s time to focus on replenishing your energy! We are happy to be a part as you take the steps and move forward with this important selfcare journey.
